It might interest u to know, that I once set up what was essentially an small ISP on a single 486, Complete with shell terminal and ppp dial-in, ftp and web server with virtual servers and POP-3 e-mail. I tried to make it as universally accessible as possible, thats why i had torminal shell login, once logged in, a user could bring up the ppp link, but txt console apps were available for those that didn't have ppp. I got SLIP to work in the same manner as the ppp, but i couldn't seem to make slip and ppp to coexist and work on the same machine, so I gave up on SLIP. I wish someone could figure out how to make them work together. as far as the virtual web servers go, u either need a routers go, u either need to set up a router or user's have to put the virtual servers on their host list, so they don't work to well on a 1 box system *
